There are various reasons a voter might need to request a replacement ballot, including:
- Ballot fails to arrive
- Voter information changes after ballots are mailed (name, address, precinct, etc.);
- A ballot is accidentally destroyed
- The voter is out of the area and cannot receive their ballot
Just as there are various reasons for requesting one, there are options for obtaining a new one.
Sign in to the online Voter Portal using your name and birthdate. Note your name must be exactly as it is on your voter registration, for many this is the same as what is on their driver’s license. Once in the portal, you can request a new ballot be mailed to you or you can print a replacement yourself, vote, and return. Below is a visual guide to these two options.
